About Shelli Jones

I have trained clients to become bodybuilding, physique, figure and bikini competition winners, along with training several body transformation and corporate fitness contest winners.  All of my competition clients to date have placed or won and brought home trophies. Even if you have no desire to compete in a physique competition, I can help you transform your physique and train you to be in the best shape of your life.

I have been a successful physique competitor, fitness trainer and nutrition consultant since 1999.  I have a B.S. in Chemical Engineering where I concentrated on biochemical engineering, including biological and metabolic processes. My coursework included advanced-level chemistry where I studied the effects of food and supplements on the body. I have used my education to create effective training and nutrition plans for my clients.  My programs are specifically designed and individually tailored to produce maximum results in the shortest period of time, while maintaining metabolic health.

I have always been very passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. This passion led me to open my own state-of-the art gym and fitness training center in 2012. I have worked with clients from ages 7 to 75 with a wide variety of backgrounds and goals.  My clients have ranged from bodybuilders and competitive athletes, to people looking to be healthier, lose weight, and tone their physique.
